PREDICTABLE SUCCESS 1 Meaning Clusters Above average students may go to school anxious to learn. But with instruction intended for average students, they may perform below their capabilities. They may become bored and disruptive. We have a broad range of individualized courses that challenge and utilize the abilities of every student. Marginal students sometimes miss important fundamentals in a particular subject. This makes work more difficult. They sometimes slip below the passing level. Identifying and mastering the missed fundamentals will help them progress. Below average students want to succeed. Constant failure may cause them to stop trying. A defeated student rarely catches up until they reverse their pattern of failure. We prescribe material at a level the student can consistently accomplish. Once students start succeeding, they quickly catch up.

Preliminary diagnostic tests determine a student's particular strengths and weaknesses before instruction starts. We only prescribe programs necessary to improve a student's specific weakness. We eliminate the review of mastered subjects. We employ a careful combination of classroom management and individualized materials. We minimize time consuming mechanics found in public schools. We carefully teach prescribed learning tasks every classroom hour. We plan each minute of every instructional hour. Progress is solid and consistent. Progress checks are made every 15 to 30 minutes. Skilled instructors guide each student through even the slightest difficulty before beginning the next step in the learning sequence.

Parents can schedule additional conferences as often as they wish. High levels of motivation speed learning. Students learn to work independently. We encourage those who dislike academic work because of constant failure to try our learning methods. Students succeed where they had previously failed. Students receive positive reinforcement with each success. They develop a positive attitude toward learning. They learn material in less time. PREDICTABLE SUCCESS 5 Meaning Clusters Our teachers counsel students and plan curriculum depending on individual needs and interests. Teachers manage a very effective task-reward system. The social rewards for learning and accomplishment become important. We offer flexible hours and scheduling. We're open 12 hours per day, six days a week, 12 months each year. If students have jobs or other schooling, we will adjust our class hours. Students may begin their courses any day of the year. Their school year ends nine months from that day. Our motivation program cuts the cost of tuition. Parents are taught how to continue "Winning Systems" in the home. The positive reward system increases performance. Students maintain their rapid gains and transfer them to other school, social and work environments.
